This award covers employees (other than Nurses) employed by the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. The award covers professional, administrative and clerical, technical and operational employees.

- National Training Wage (Tasmanian Private Sector) Award
This award covers wage rates only for trainees undertaking an approved training program which is part of a training agreement registered with the Tasmanian Training Authority. The training can be full or part time but trainees are employees of the Registered Training Organisation not the facility at which they may be engaged.

Public Sector Awards
- Administrative and Clerical Employees Award
This award applies to employees employed in the Tasmanian State Service under the Tasmanian State Service act 2000, the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 or the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 who occupy administrative or clerical positions and who are not covered by any other awards. Employees of the Department of Health and Human Services are not covered by this award.

This award is to apply to all persons employed under the State Service Act 2000 who are employed in the Department of Health and Human Services and for whom a classification is contained in another award of the Tasmanian Industrial Commission.

- Operational Employees Award
This award covers operational employees employed in a State Government Department (other than the Department of Health and Human Services) and employed under the State Service Act 2000.
The award regulates wages and some conditions including salary increments, higher duties allowance, overtime and hours of work. Conditions of employment for employees covered by this award are contained in the General Conditions of Employment Award.
