Nurses (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005This award covers nurses who are employed by the State Government, either in a public hospital, community health centre or any other facility operated by the State Government. The award regulates wages and conditions including annual, carer's, compassionate, maternity and sick leave, hours of work, overtime, holidays with pay, higher duties allowance, classification definitions, allowances, shift work and more. Employees should check the Agreements section as HACSU has negotiated several agreements with individual services which regulates specific conditions.
