Awards:
Administrative and Clerical Employees AwardThis award applies to employees employed in the Tasmanian State Service under the Tasmanian State Service act 2000, the Tasmanian Development Act 1983 or the Retirement Benefits Act 1993 who occupy administrative or clerical positions and who are not covered by any other awards. Employees of the Department of Health and Human Services are not covered by this award. The Award regulates rates of pay, classification standards and some employment conditions including higher duties allowance, overtime, spread of hours and salary increments. The majority of conditions can be found in the General Conditions of Employment Award.
