Awards:
Operational Employees AwardThis award covers operational employees employed in a State Government Department (other than the Department of Health and Human Services) and employed under the State Service Act 2000. The award regulates wages and some conditions including salary increments, higher duties allowance, overtime and hours of work. Conditions of employment for employees covered by this award are contained in the General Conditions of Employment Award. Employees should check the Agreements section as HACSU has negotiated several agreements with individual services which regulates specific conditions.
