Hospitals Award

This award covers all employees (other than Nurses) who are employed in private hospitals.

The award regulates wages and conditions including annual, carer's, compassionate, maternity and sick leave, hours of work, overtime, holidays with pay, higher duties allowance, classification definitions, allowances, shift work and more.
Employees should check the Agreements section as HACSU has negotiated several agreements with individual services which regulates specific conditions.
