I work 25 hours per week, am I entitled to annual leave, sick leave and public holidays?

Yes, in most awards part time employees who work more than 20 hours per week are entitled to annual leave, sick leave and public holidays. Generally if you work less than 20 hours per week you will receive 20% on top of your base pay in lieu of leave and public holidays.

However a casual employee, which is defined in most Awards as a person who either relieves a full-time or part-time employee or is engaged temporarily for specific duties for a period not exceeding eight weeks, always receives the 20% loading in lieu of leave and public holidays.
