Important Update

HACSU has increased the “Limits of Indemnity” for Nursing Staff, Health Professionals and Ambulance Officers for Professional Indemnity Insurance which is included in membership fees.

The "Limits of Indemnity" (per member) has increased for Malpractice to $5,000,000 each and every claim, $10,000,000 in the aggregate during the insurance period.

HACSU believes that these increases reflect the changing risk to members and the need to provide comprehensive cover.
