10% Plus


Negotiations have now been finalised between HACSU members and Healthscope management, delivering a 10% wage increase plus other benefits to members.

The agreement affects members working at the Mersey Community Hospital, St Helens and the Hobart Private.

As well as the 10% wage increase over a 21 month period, members will also have access to 6 weeks paid maternity leave, plus long service leave after 10 years instead of 15.

The agreement has been registered in the Commission.
