EPH Voluntary Redundancy Agreement

The Australian Industrial Relations Commission, in accordance with section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, has certified the Eliza Purton Nursing Home Voluntary Redundancy Agreement. The Agreement comes into force from the 27 February 2004 and will remain in force until the 7 December 2004.

The agreement protects employees during the restructuring process from involuntary redundancies, involuntary reduction or alteration of hours that causes a loss of employee's income during the life of the Agreement.
