Don't put Your Job at Risk

HACSU officials are dealing with a significant number of issues where employees have failed to follow procedures.

It is very important all employees familiarise themselves with care plans, manual handling guidelines, and other procedures in their day-to-day work.

You have a right to have access to this information and should seek advice from your delegate or supervisor if this information is not provided.

If you are not provided with this information, you should document our concerns in case things go wrong.

Don't put your health and safety, your client's wellbeing or your job on the line by doing things without being fully informed.
