Health Minister's Health Forum to Consult the Community26 February 2004Health and Human Services Minister, David Llewellyn has announced an extensive campaign to encourage Tasmanians to have their say on the future of the State’s hospital system. The Minister established an Expert Advisory Group last year to examine the State's hospitals, both public and private. The Expert Group has now completed an Issues paper which has been presented to the Minister. The Issues paper will be publicly released on 16th March and open forums will be arranged following the release. After a period of public consultation the Expert group will present its final report to the Minister by 14th May. HACSU encourages members to attend the forums to have your say on the state of Tasmania's hospitals.
