Southern Cross Care Industrial Dispute

13 February 2008

HACSU members are being advised by Management that they must comply with duties in their position descriptions and tasks lists during this period of industrial action. These requests by Management can be classed as a form of harassment.

HACSU members are encouraged to continue to participate with all current action. Current action is HACSU member endorsed and protected action for all HACSU members.
