How much physical activity is undertaken in your workplace? Complete the Survey

The Premiers Physical Activity Council is currently undertaking a survey which aims to gather accurate information on workplace physical activity. Unions Tasmania have agreed to support the survey by distributing to union members. The information obtained will inform the Council in their campaign of encouraging regular physical activity both at workplaces and incorporated into a normal working day.

The Survey provided below should be returned to Unions Tasmania at 379 Elizabeth St North Hobart or via email: admin@unionstas.org.au.

Surveys need to be received by 31 Jan 2003.
