Assistants in Nursing Proposal

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Australian Nursing Federation (ANF) are seeking to impose a new classification of worker, the Assistant-in-Nursing (AIN) upon the public health sector as part of the current EBA negotiations.
