Mayne Health Sells Hospitals to Healthscope

05 February 2003

On 3 February the Mayne Group announced that it had agreed to sell 6 of its 58 Hospitals and Heatlthscope announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Mayne Group to acquire these hospitals.
