Vote No: You deserve better that what I-MED has offered

Posted on 24 January, 2024 in Health Services Industry

I-MED has suggested that they intend to put their enterprise agreement out for you to vote on soon.

This is an agreement that offers you only a meagre 3.5% pay rise in the first year, falling significantly below inflation. Not to mention, the confusing classification restructure leaves you in the dark about where you stand.

To make matters worse, I-MED has still not shared their draft clause addressing the issue of working after on-call and their new proposed sick leave entitlement, though improved, contains unnecessary barriers.

After extensive discussions with you, we’ve made it clear to I-MED that our members have rejected their latest offer.

We believe that I-MED will soon put this subpar agreement up for a vote, attempting to push it through. We strongly urge everyone to Vote NO so that we can send a powerful message, forcing them to return to the bargaining table and demanding the better wages and conditions you deserve.
